Crew Foreman — Landscape Construction & Water Features
We’re looking for a dependable Crew Foreman who can lead by example and take ownership of daily production, quality, and jobsite organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone experienced in landscape construction, hardscape, irrigation, plumbing, and outdoor living projects. Experience with ponds, waterfalls, and water features is a strong advantage.
What You'll Own
Keep the crew focused on the planned work and communicate blockers early.
Maintain high-quality workmanship without shortcuts.
Lead daily jobsite operations safely and efficiently.
Keep the jobsite reasonably clean, safe, and organized at the end of each day.
Operate and care for trucks, tools, and equipment.
Load, secure, and tow dump and equipment trailers.
Communicate clearly with the crew and company leadership.
Help with demolition, grading, material handling, and cleanup as needed.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of crew-lead or foreman experience in landscape construction, hardscape, irrigation, plumbing, or related construction.
Strong hands-on knowledge of: Irrigation systems, plumbing, plant installation and care, low-voltage lighting, hardscape and general landscape construction
Valid driver’s license and confidence driving a crew truck and towing trailers.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Professional attitude and clear communication.
Pride in doing work correctly the first time.
This Role Is Not a Fit If You…
Cut corners or avoid taking responsibility for quality.
Are unreliable or frequently late.
Communicate poorly or bring a negative attitude to the crew.
Are dishonest.
Report to work impaired by drugs or alcohol.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on project needs.
